  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email once your order is packed and ready to ship.

  • We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.

We ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including:

  • Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and more.

If your area is not serviceable by our courier partners, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Karachi: Flat rate of PKR 250

  • Rest of Pakistan: PKR 250–350 depending on location and weight

  • Free shipping on orders above PKR 5000

  • Our chocolates are packed with care to preserve freshness and texture.

  • During warmer months, we may use temperature-resistant packaging to prevent melting.

  • Please refrigerate upon arrival if needed.
