Due to the perishable nature of our handmade chocolates, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered. We take great care in crafting and packaging each order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

💸 Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

• The product arrived damaged or melted

• You received the wrong item

• Your order was lost in transit

To qualify, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. However, we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving any delivery issues.
